The New Kadhimiya City is a multi-purpose investment project in the field of housing that meets the current and future needs of its residents, with an area of ​​400 acres, containing (5000) different housing units (horizontal and vertical), the project occupies a privileged location in the province of Baghdad, where the city is located in the Kadhimiya district Next to the Baghdad Gate, and embraced by two important streets: the axial highway, which passes south of the project, and an international street with a width of one hundred meters that passes north of the project, as well as secondary streets, where the city is 3 km away from the two holy shrines, peace be upon them.
